- Shipping Options: We offer one standard shipping option. Our orders are sent tracked to ensure they reach you safely and promptly following dispatch.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery destination and any customs or import delays.
- Order Processing: We process orders during business hours, Monday to Thursday. Orders usually take 2 to 3 working days to process but can take up to 7 days to process especially during busy periods.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking number provided.
- Signature Required: For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice and reattempt delivery on a later date. Our couriers also photograph upon delivery.
- Custom and Import Fees: Custom and import fees may apply to deliveries outside the UK. You are responsible for any custom and import fees that may be charged.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem with the goods or services supplied by us.
